Job description / Tasks

  • Full accounting of the Company, including development and updating of accounting policies, General Ledger procedures, preparation of financial statements in accordance with the Accounting Act.
  • Coordinating the month-end closing process.
  • Handling the Company’s VAT tax affairs.
  • Cooperation with the controlling department in preparing reports for the Board of Directors, operating departments and external institutions.
  • Maintaining accounting books in accordance with the requirements of the Accounting Act and post- tax regulations.
  • Preparation of additional annual financial statements in accordance with applicable regulations. for external institutions (CSO, Banks).
  • Preparation of tax returns in accordance with applicable regulations (including CIT, VAT).
  • Cooperation with auditors, and external institutions (Banks, US, CSO).
  • Monitoring changes in tax law and accounting rules.
  • Securing the correctness of contracts (in financial and tax terms).
  • Accounting for production costs.
  • Reconciliation and reporting of intercompany transactions (ORD-U, TransferPricing).
  • Supervision of accounting processes and proper circulation and archiving of financial accounts.
  • Implement and improve procedures in the accounting department, including area internal controls.
  • Supporting the decisions of the company’s management on accounting solutions.

Ideal candidate profile

  • Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position, manufacturing company.
  • Higher education in the field.
  • Very good knowledge of the Accounting Act and understanding of International Standards IFRS Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Knowledge of VAT (including chain transactions) and CIT regulations.
  • Understanding of legal requirements relating to an entity with large enterprise status.
  • Knowledge of accounting systems.
  • Good knowledge of tax and balance sheet laws.
  • Ability to think analytically.
  • Responsibility, accuracy, good work organization, self-reliance.
  • Openness to the implementation of new projects
