Corinne Klajda
Corinne leads Nuvadis. A co-founder of the AltoPartners alliance, she has placed 1,000+ senior leaders since 1999, with a focus on transformation, strategy, and cultural fit. She advises boards, leads C-level interim projects, and coaches CEOs. With experience in China and Poland, she holds degrees from BLCU and CEIBS Shanghai.
A passionate philanthropist, she raised 1M+ PLN for Paralympic girls through #CorinneRunsForGood, completing multistage desert ultramarathons. She’s a long-time YPO member, mentor, and connector of purposeful leaders.
Patrycja Lachowska
Patrycja is a Partner at Nuvadis and leads the Finance & Technology practice. She has delivered 200+ executive searches and 30+ consulting projects across Europe, with deep cross-industry expertise. She gained hands-on leadership and transformation experience at Bank Pekao and an insurance start-up before rejoining Nuvadis.
A dedicated philanthropist and mentor, she supports senior citizens, children, and women in leadership. Patrycja holds an MA in Economics and is known for her love of books and unbeatable pierogi.
Lidia Kupidura
Lidia is Nuvadis Chief Operations Officer. A trusted Partner with 18+ years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory. She has led over 320 international senior-level recruitment projects across multiple sectors. Known for her hands-on, results-driven approach, Lidia also specialises in assessment centres, employer branding, and 360° feedback.
Clients rely on her speed and precision, teams rely on her calm, capable leadership.
Gosia Golebiewska
Gosia is the Chief Financial Officer at Nuvadis. With an MA in Finance and Banking from Kozminski University, she combines sharp financial acumen, intuition, and outstanding people skills. Renowned for her calm leadership and insight during candidate assessments, Gosia keeps Nuvadis on track.
Outside the office, she can be found cycling in with an audiobook or baking up delicious treats.
Isabelle Klajda
Isabelle is a Senior Associate at Nuvadis, dedicated for the past 5 years to helping clients find top specialists across various roles and industries. Isabelle is also focusing on delivering developmental team workshops within our leadership consulting practice.
She has a passion for psychology, focusing on social psychology and its applications in business. Isabelle holds a degree in Psychology from SWPS University in Warsaw and is currently studying Management at WSB Merito University in Poznań (Chorzów campus).
Michał Balcer
Michał Balcer transitions his extensive background in strategic management and financial planning to the field of Executive Search & Leadership advisory, where he immediately applies a fresh, candidate-focused perspective. A Certified European Financial Advisor, Michał’s career history includes impactful roles as a Supervisor, Personal Manager, and Financial Planner. This foundation has cultivated exceptional competencies in self-management, team leadership, project coordination, effective communication, and robust business relationship building, competencies further sharpened through his leadership in national and regional student organizations. He is positioned to leverage this comprehensive skill set to deliver high-value talent solutions.
