• Creating financial models to support decision-making processes within the broader value proposition in the company.
• Preparation of strategic analysis and financial reports on the business.
• Proactively identifying business opportunities and risks and recommending appropriate actions of an operational and strategic nature.
• Identifying potential for optimization and initiating changes.
• Collaborating with all departments within the company and external consultants to provide decision support to management.
• Streamlining processes related to financial reporting and controlling for management reporting.
• Preparing forecasts, budgets and control their implementation.
• Preparation of financial analyses and reports, verification of estimates including the level of reserves, correctness of cost allocation, analysis of deviations.
• Preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, annual reports and analysis.

• Higher education in the field (accounting, finance, economics).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the area of controlling/financial analysis.
• Very good knowledge of XLS (VBA, Power Query welcome).
• Experience in constructing automated spreadsheets, reports, dashboards.
• Knowledge of finance, mainly in controlling and financial-economic analysis.
• Experience in project profitability assessment is welcome.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to think analytically and solve problems effectively.
• Independence and reliability in performing tasks.
• Fluent knowledge of the English language.
